喜的電鍍類產品均經過48H鹽霧測試及品管檢驗標準，因「銅」本身電化學性質活躍，經時間或高溫、高濕環境氧化為自然現象。而部分表面在細看之下會有細微紋路、斑點或顆粒，這是因為產品在電鍍後須立即烘乾，並噴塗透明漆來防止氧化，以延續燈具鏡面質感，但透明漆硬度較低，容易在表面留下痕跡，不過瑕不掩瑜，不影響整體美感及正常使用。
在設計與質感間我們期望找到一個平衡，讓追求品味生活的朋友能輕鬆享有紅/ 黃銅製品的獨特光采，故電鍍層本身的氧化不在保固範圍內，也不接受上述情況之退換貨。
以除塵軟布輕拭附著的灰塵後，以擰乾的微濕布順同方向擦拭，再取柔軟乾布輕輕揩乾。
